Quality Service Company in Florence is seeking a top notch administrative assistant to take on a job with a broad job scope.   This is an exciting opportunity where you will be providing support to various departments within our company.  The position requires a high proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, basic bookkeeping skills (Quickbooks experience is helpful),  the ability to adapt well to change in job duties and tasks, and a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.   If you have experience working in a similar setting and want to bring your skills to a top company we'd like to hear from you!  

Work start and end time: 8:00 am 5:00 pm  

Pay Scale:  Up to $17.00 p/hr DOE

Benefits:  Paid vacation and 401K  

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years office administrative experience
  • Experience with financing is a plus
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Billing experience (Quickbooks preferred)
  • Experience in working with multi-line phone system
  • Experience in a service industry such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or construction highly preferred.
